Appointment Booking: A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost. Please submit your deposit via Cash App to $TheSpaPalaceStl and include your appointment date and time in the note section. Sending the deposit within an hour is necessary to avoid an incomplete scheduling ; otherwise, your appointment will be canceled automatically. 2. Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Additionally, cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next client, or can result in cancellation. 4. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your treatment. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. 5. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, cash app, or apple Pay for the remaining balance due upon the completion of services. 6. Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated for excellent service but is not mandatory. 7. Personal Items: Please keep personal belongings to a minimum.
